Leaseholders & tenants
Report a problem in seconds and watch it actually move.
Gena Go · Your block in your pocket
Most problems in a block don’t drag on because nobody cares — they drag on because the report is stuck somewhere. A voicemail nobody picked up, an email chain the contractor was never on, a director who finds out weeks later.
Gena Go puts every party to the building in one place: leaseholders, tenants, freeholders, RMC and RTM directors, us as managing agent, and the tradespeople who do the work. A report goes in once, with a photo and a time that suits — and everyone who needs to see it, sees it.
Who it’s for
A block only runs well when everyone with a stake in it can see the same thing. Gena Go is built for all of them, not just one.
Report a problem in seconds and watch it actually move.
Full visibility of what has been reported and what has been done about it.
Every report, photo and reply in one thread — nothing sitting in someone’s inbox.
Accept or pass a job, see the detail and the access time, and confirm when it’s done.
What it does
Property management shouldn’t feel like it’s stuck in the 90s. We built a UK-first native app so reports get answered and handled — with the paper trail kept automatically.
Snap a photo, add a note and a time that suits — it reaches the right person immediately.
Water off, scaffolding going up, a contractor on site — everyone hears at once.
Ask for documents, statements or answers without chasing anyone by phone.
Book the lift, a parking bay or a communal space without a round of emails.
See exactly where your report has got to — assigned, scheduled, done.
Certificates, notices and reports delivered straight to your phone.
One shared history for the block, so nothing gets lost between people.
Access visits, key dates and deadlines, before they’re missed.
Free for everyone involved in a block we manage.
Why it gets fixed
An app only helps if somebody acts on what it sends. Most agents put one property manager between 400 and 1,000 leaseholders and the work, so everything waits on one person’s day. We built the opposite.
One manager is the single point of contact, and the single point of failure. Reports queue behind whoever is on holiday, off sick or simply overloaded — and the block waits, however good the intentions.
Every report on Gena Go alerts the whole Gena team at once and goes out to a tradesperson in minutes. Work carries on whatever any one person’s week looks like, and you get the experience of the whole team rather than one individual’s.
We run at around 200 units per property manager, against an industry norm of 400–800 — the headroom that makes answering quickly possible.
We believe management shouldn’t be “one size fits all”. Whether you want full-service oversight or a lighter touch, we have an option for you.
We provide the high-level expertise required to navigate the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002:
