This enables us to manage properties of all sizes – our smallest property has two units, the largest has one hundred and fifty four. We offer a budget app-only block management service which smaller blocks may find attractive if the leaseholders are proactive and want to get involved.  We have an online budget calculator which leaseholders can use.

We also have the skills to provide advisory services on collective enfranchisement, lease structure and setting up a right-to-manage (RTM) company, based on the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.
