Report a problem

We hate when things do not work, but we cannot fix a problem we do not know about. Please give us as much detail as possible in the online form.
 
For general problems like leaks and other handyman duties, please call Hive Building and Maintenance on 07469 720 035 or 020 7112 8762.  Their website is www.hivebuild.co.uk

If you have a power cut and it appears to be block wide, please contact UK Power Networks at http://www.ukpowernetworks.co.uk or on 0800 31 63 105.  They are responsible for all the power infrastructure regardless of your electricity provider.

If you need an electrician or have intercom problems, call Simon at Endwell Electrical Services on 07711125760

If you need a plumber, please call Joe at Heat-Plex on 07770288585
​
If there is a fault with the building's lift, please contact the lift maintenance company that is posted in the lift.

If there is a drainage issue like an overflowing sewer on the property, please click on the Dynorod link or call them on 0800 084 1113.  Alternatively call APSL on 02085677028.

If you need pest control, please call APSL on 02085677028 or email info@apslonline.com

If you need a locksmith, please call 365 Locks on 07931400544.  Please note that for your own flat door, you will be responsible for the cost. 
 
If you are experiencing anti social behaviour or feel threatened, please call the police.  Dial 999 if you are in immediate danger or dial 101 for incidents not requiring an immediate response.
 
If you are experiencing a noise disturbance, please call your local council who keep a log of repeat offenders.  Click on this link: https://www.gov.uk/report-noise-pollution-to-council
 
If you there has been a missed bin collection, please contact your local council.  Most times, council bin men will not empty bins with lids that are not completely closed (ie. overflowing bins) or which have incorrect items in them (ie. non recyclable items in recycling bins).
 
Please use this form if you need a key or fob for the common door or a remote control for the gate.  Please note that these items are chargeable and we will contact you with the price before ordering the item.
 
We aim to contact you within 24 hours of receiving a report, and it is usually much sooner.  We will either email or phone you to inform you of our action.  If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please feel free to call us on 020 -7183 8183.
