For residents
There are three ways to pay your service charge. Whichever you choose, please always quote your property reference — it’s on your demand — so we can match the payment to your account.
Recommended · free
The only route with no charge at all, so every pound you send is credited to your account. Our bank details are printed on your service charge demand — set up a one-off transfer or a standing order through your bank’s website or app, using your property reference as the payment reference. Nothing to arrange with us.
Fee deducted
The most convenient option: the right amount leaves your account on the right day, and you’ll always be told what’s coming out before it does. Please note that GoCardless deducts a fee from each payment, and your account is credited with the amount we receive — so the fee stays owing and is added to your next demand. A standing order avoids that entirely.
Card fees apply
We can send you a secure card payment link. Please note that card charges are passed on to the leaseholder — currently about 1.5% + 20p, with no cap — so your statement will show the net amount received and the difference stays owing. On a £1,200 half-year demand that’s around £18 you needn’t spend. Use your bank instead where you can.
Please contact us early. It is far easier to agree a sensible arrangement before an account falls into arrears than after — and we would much rather set up a payment plan than start recovery. Ask us about spreading the balance over the year.
Card payments
We can’t take card details through this form, and we’ll never ask for them by email. Tell us what you’d like to pay and we’ll send a secure link — or call you back to take the payment and talk through a plan if the balance needs spreading.
