We are a specialist residential property manager providing residential block management services in Greater London, within the M25.

We manage properties of all sizes – our smallest property has two units, the largest has thirty-eight. We have the expertise and resources to manage larger blocks.

Common Sense Solutions


We are here to facilitate the wishes of leaseholders subject to constraints of the lease. In other words, we listen to what you want. We recognize many lease covenants can be restrictive on the leaseholder and where possible, without harm to others, we let common sense dictate.
